There are three entrances into Whiteman Park:
Entry into Whiteman Park is free.
Parking is free. Car park 8 is the closest to Caversham Wildlife Park. Please do not leave valuables inside your vehicle.

There are no public transport options to/from the Beechboro Road entrance nor the Dulwich Street entrance, and you cannot walk to/from these entrances to Caversham Wildlife Park; if you re being dropped off at the park, please ensure your driver drops you off at Caversham Wildlife Park (not at the Whiteman Park entrance).
The Morley-Ellenbrook line allows you to travel from Perth CBD to the Whiteman Park Station, at the eastern entrance, in half an hour.
The Whiteman Park Station is located approx 300m from the Whiteman Park entrance.
You can walk to Caversham Wildlife Park from this entrance, via a two kilometre signposted pathway. Please use the marked walking/cycling path through the open fields. Shelters are located along the way. We do not recommend walking along the road.
Alternatively, on operating days, you can catch a Heritage Tram Ride from the tram stop just outside the Whiteman Park Station. With limited operating hours, the weekends are the best time to visit. See the Perth Electric Tramway Society - Ride A Tram for their operating days, times and prices.
On Saturdays and Sundays (weekends only) you can catch a bus from Whiteman Park Station into the Village at Whiteman Park. See the Bus Services - BPSWA (INC) for more information.

We can call a taxi for you when you are ready to leave the park - please ask the staff in the shop. If you are able to call your own taxi, we encourage you to do so, so you can track the taxi's journey on your phone.
